Our physical therapy office doesn't just put you on a machine, but rather from the start offers a hands-on approach. Our therapists work with their hands to stretch and warm up the area that needs therapy before any exercise is done ensuring that you don't cause more damage during your recovery. You get the same physical therapist each time. We provide therapy and orthopedic rehab for those suffering from back pain, shoulder pain, spine pain, knee pain, after auto accidents and personal injuries, neurological therapies, etc. Call today (303-457-2022) to schedule your physical therapy appointment.

  • Brad Schoonveld, MPT, MTC

    Physical Therapist & Owner

Brad is the owner and operator of Colorado Orthopedic Rehabilitation Specialists. Brad was raised in Fort Collins and graduated from Colorado State University in 1991. Brad ventured to the University of St. Augustine in Florida for physical therapy school and graduated in 1999. He practiced in North Platte, Nebraska for 3 years before moving back to Colorado in 2002. In January, 2005 Brad established Colorado Orthopedic Rehabilitation Specialists with the mission to provide hands-on individualized care that promotes health and pain reduction in the healing process. Brad focuses on creating programs tailored to each individual’s diagnosis, goals, and needs. Treatments include a variety of techniques including manual therapy, exercise, and modalities as indicated. Brad is certified in manual therapy and prefers minimal use of modalities unless recommended or required. Brad enjoys working with patients who have chronic pain – especially from spinal disorders. He frequently is able to produce positive outcomes even when other treatment programs have failed. Good communication with his clients is essential to Brad and he is passionate about educating the public through educational programs to prevent spinal pain. Through experience he has found that most people believe that pain is a normal aging process – this is only partly true. Pain indicates injury that may get worse if not treated or understood. Brad is highly skilled in treatment of orthopedic injury and rehabilitation. Brad enjoys spending time with his family as well participating in many outdoor activities including hunting, fishing, rafting, hiking, and water skiing. • Jordan Eisler, PT, DPT

    Physical Therapist

Jordan is a Colorado Native. After high school, she attended the University of Vermont where she had the opportunity to play basketball. She returned to Colorado in 2015 to finish her B.S. in Exercise Science at Metropolitan State University of Denver. Following this, she went on to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in Austin, Texas in 2021. She joined the CORS rehab team in March of 2022 due to the reputation and success of the company in providing individualized patient centered care and the heartening environment provided to every patient. Jordan’s choice to pursue a career in physical therapy can be attributed to the countless hours she has had to spend in physical therapy as a patient due to a dirt biking accident that happened when she was seven. The handful of physical therapists that she worked with from childhood to adulthood and the subsequent surgical operations she underwent helped her achieve the goal of being a Division I college athlete. The care she received and the bonds that she created with her physical therapists still continue to drive her in the profession. Ultimately, she aims to return that level of care to her current and future patients. Jordan is focused on providing manual therapy, exercise based treatment, and other modalities including Dry Needling, as needed, to meet patient’s goals with treatment of a variety of orthopedic conditions. She is truly empathic towards the patient experience, thus focuses heavily on building a strong patient-therapist relationship to provide the best experience and possible outcome for each patient. Beyond the physical therapy world, Jordan enjoys playing sports, rooting for her Maryland sports teams, drinking coffee, watching movies, playing with dogs, spending time with family, and drinking even more coffee.
