Terrible experience

The absolute worst body shop and customer service we have ever experienced! We dropped the vehicle off 7/23/18 and picked it up today 9/07/18. The level of competency at this shop is very questionable, as well as their lack of integrity. Not only were we promised several different completion dates for our vehicle, when we finally picked it up, the rain guards were not the correct color. Obviously attention to detail is not importan. There were also several scratches all over the vehicle. That is not our definition "Quality Control Inspection," as listed on their website. I have contacted our insurance company to file a formal complaint against Karas. I would have contacted the BBB, but Karas is not even accredited with them. Imagine that!
